'Click' Noise From Front Right Seat Cushion

CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation: Only on vehicles with front seats equipped with both massage and front cushion extension functions, a
'click' noise may be heard when raising / lowering the right front seat cushion.
Cause: This may be caused by a clash between massage pump and the fore / aft motor connector.
Action: Should a customer express this concern, follow the Service Instruction below.

SERVICE INSTRUCTION:
1. Remove the front right seat track motor (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 501-10: Seating).
2. Remove the seat track motor from the seat track motor bracket.

NOTE: The orientation of the front seat track motor to the bracket must be installed as shown (✓

Install the seat track motor to the seat track motor bracket as shown (✓
✓).
• Torque: 1.7Nm +/- 0.2Nm
