The ignition lights do not illuminate and the engine will not crank. There is no issue with
the locking and unlocking the vehicle.
Cause
Body Control Software(BCM) at old level.
Action
Update the BCM software using Symptom Driven Diagnostics with DVD145, patch P8,
Cal 240.
However to do this requires an update to the CCF. Please raise a Tecnical Assist(TA)
for this.
A Technical Bulletin will be released inline with SDD 146 patch 04 on the 18th July
which will have all updated CCF's for this issue.
