INTERACTIVE NETWORK Next Unread Message View Message Sent on 02 From AHFC National Subject Recall Off-Lease Acknowledgment Form 25 2016 Expires on 05 25 2016 As stated in the Stop Sale/Safety Recall: Acura 2005-2016 Mul -Model Driver’s Airbag Inflator Dealer Q&A, dealers can ground off lease vehicles and sell it back to the client. The off-lease vehicle can only be sold back to the origina ng lessee with a signed acknowledgment sta ng the vehicle is under the recall. The Acknowledgement form a ached here must be signed by both the client and the dealer. As a reminder, the vehicles impacted by the recall cannot be sold to a different client.
