Background
American Honda (AHM)is investigating certain 2015 CR-Vs with a customer complaint ofwind noise coming from the
front door area. To fullyunderstand the cause ofthis occurrence, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you
attempting a repair ofanykind.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY ifthe vehicle meets the following requirements:
1. VIN must start with 2HK.
2. First time complaint only.

Ifyouhave or know ofsuch a vehicle, please call the Technical Research & Support (TRS)Groupat 800-880-1072. TRS
will need to record certain vehicle information and provide youwith further instructions.
