Issue
Air conditioning not working (1234yf system) found to have no or insufficient amount of refrigerant gas in the sys
No leaks are found and vehicle passes vacuum / pressure test during evacuation and refill, system then works a
refill.
Cause
During initial evacuation process within the factory small pieces of debris may be drawn into the “Schrader” valv
evacuation ports, this can prevent the valve from closing correctly or damages the seal allowing the refrigerant g

Action
Evacuate system
Remove valves from pipes and inspect for damage / debris.
Remove any debris and refit valve.
Recharge system and re check.
Please submit EPQR’s with pictures of any damage / debris found
