DESCRIPTION
A limited number of 2015-2016 model lJear DiscoverlJ Sport (L550) vehicles malJ experience one or more of the
following issues:
•
Touch Screen is blank;
•
Poor Navigation S\cjstem functionalit\cj;
•
Unable to tune HD™ Radio substations;
•
Audio S\cjstem defaults to 'ON' upon engine start-up, even if 'OFF' on engine shutdown; and/or
•
SOARS does not retain station presets.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN
Check DOW to ensure that the vehicle is affected blJ this program (0495) prior to undertaking anlJ rework action.
Retailers are required to HOLD onllJ affected new vehicles that are within lJOUr control and refrain from releasing
the vehicles for new vehicle sale pending completion of the rework action.

WARRANTY
NOTE: check DOW to ensure that a vehicle is affected by this program prior to undertaking any rework action.
At the time of confirming a booking for vehicle repair, ensure that all outstanding Recalls and Service Actions are
identified to ensure the correct parts are available and adequate workshop time is allocated for repairs to be
completed at one visit.
Warrant\cj claims must be submitted quoting Program Code '0495' together with the relevant Option Code from the
table. SRO and parts information is included for information onllJ. The Option Code(s) that allows for the drive in/
drive out allowance malJ onllJ be claimed if the vehicle is brought into the workshop for this action alone to be
undertaken.
Repair procedures are under constant review and therefore times/ prices are subject to change; those quoted
here must be taken as guidance onllJ. Refer to TOP Ix to obtain the latest repair time.
This program is valid for a limited time onllJ. Warrant\cj claims with a repair date prior to the 15 February 2015
expirlJ date must be submitted for palJment within 30 calendar dalJS of completion of the repair.
