The customer may report that there is a vibration, buzz or other abnormal noise from a
door speaker.
Cause:
Under investigation.
Action:
On confirmation of the problem:
• Ensure that all door trims and fixings are secure.
• Check that the speaker is mounted securely and properly connected.
• Make sure that no other parts are loose within the door.
If the problem persists:
• Raise an EPQR explaining the issue and work carried out.
• Await a response before replacing any parts.
