AdBlue® Pump Replacement
When replacing the AdBlue pump on a 2015 Gen 3 TOI, ETKA has 2 different options for ordering the
Ad Blue pump: 5Q0131971 B is just the delivery module for urea solution Ad Blue only and does not come
with the rubber grommets and steel bushing sleeves for correct installation of the AdBlue pump.
Components must be swapped over from the original pump. 5Q0198975 "Repair kit for supply module
reduction agent-AdBlue", comes with all necessary seals, bushings, grommets and bolts.
If the rubber grommets are not installed correctly, the pump will leak internally and will be unable to build
the necessary pressure to reset the SCR system. Refer to pictures below:
