ISSUE
Some 2016 MKS, MKT and Navigator vehicles equipped with the THX audio system may not play sound during demo
mode.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

Replace the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00.
