Description
This field action is being issued to address calibration issues for ISX12 CM2350 engines in
certain motor coach applications. Certified repair locations are authorized to update the
engine control module (ECM) calibration any time the unit is in for maintenance or repairs,
with certain restrictions on reimbursement.
Action
In order to qualify for repair under this field action, an engine:
1. will be covered Regardless of coverage status, and

2. must show an OPEN status for this field action on QuickServe® Online.
After verifying that the engine meets the above requirements, perform the following actions:
1. All engines will require an ECM calibration. To obtain a calibration via QuickServe®
Online (QSOL), enter the Engine Serial Number into QSOL, click on the Service Tab,
then "Related Information", then click on "Calibration Downloads" link and enter the
requested information to obtain a Zip file to recalibrate the ECM.
2. Recalibrate the ECM as described in procedure 019-032 of the appropriate Service
Manual on QSOL. Provide documentation of the ECM revision from before and after
the recalibration in the notes of the claim.

NOTE: This In-Shop Campaign does not reimburse for any SRTs except those that are
listed. It is recommended, but not required, that this field action be performed as part
of another Cummins warrantable repair event to allow reimbursement for charges
such as travel, admin, troubleshooting or access issues that are outside the scope of
this document.
