Bulletin No.: PIC6003A Date: Feb-2015 Subject: Radio Display May Have Rolling Image After Switching Video Modes Models: 2015 Chevrolet Suburban 2015 GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, With Rear Seat Entertainment RPO U42 This PI was superseded to update Recommendation/Instructions. Please discard PIC6003. The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI. Condition/Concern Some customers may complain of a rolling video on the ICS/Display when switching from radio/nav video to RSE video. Recommendation/Instructions This is the result of a concern within the Integrated Center Stack/control. If this concern is encountered, replace the ICS/Radio control using the latest replacement part from your Electronic Service Center, which are designed to address this concern. Parts Information To obtain the appropriate ICS/Radio control assembly part number and usage, refer to Group 09.650 of the appropriate parts catalog. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
