2017 Ford F-Series OEM Door Lock System
Ford has made a change to the power door lock circuits on the 2017 year model
which is different than previous years. If you lock the truck with the OEM key
fob which is built into the key it activates the OEM security system. This disables all
other locking systems.
If you lock the truck with any locking systems ILO the key fob you will have full
access to use any of these functions. We will continue to look at ways around this
issue but right now we can not go around the OEM security system.
