Introduction
The problem that is identified does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution
is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Gauges, including speedometer, tachometer, transmission oil temperature, and others are reading
erratically or having incorrect values. These gauges are all part of the primary cluster on the
vocational truck.
Solution
Many clusters are being returned NFF. A detailed description of the actual problem in SIMSi or the
claim story is needed. Types of information that is needed include:
• Which gauge or gauges is having the problem
• What is the actual symptom

• How far is the reading on the gauge off the actual value
• When, does the problem occur
This information will help to identify problems with the clusters that are currently NFF. The clusters
are all being tested after being returned.
