Warranty Information SAGA Communication Number: VWS-15-01 Subject: Revised – Dealer Inventory Maintenance Support for 2.0 Liter TDI (Model Year 2014 only) and 3.0 Liter TDI Vehicles Affected by the Stop-Sale Date: Apr. 7, 2017 This document conveys Volkswagen SAGA information. Model Year 2015 TDI 2.0 Liter vehicles are now permitted for sale; therefore, they have been removed from this communication. The last day to perform a 30-Day Inventory Maintenance on a Model Year 2015 TDI 2.0 Liter is Monday, April 10, 2017 (Repair Date). The deadline for claim submission of the performed maintenance is Monday, April 24, 2017. 30-Day Inventory Maintenance Support for 2.0 Liter TDI (Model Year 2014 only) and 3.0 Liter TDI Vehicles Affected by the Stop-Sale (includes both new vehicles AND expiring VW Customer Mobility Program (VWCMP) vehicles) The 30-Day Dealer Inventory Maintenance Support can be claimed for 2.0 Liter TDI (Model Year 2014 only) and 3.0 Liter TDI vehicles affected by the stop-sale. For new vehicles, claims will be accepted 30-days after the vehicle is delivered to the dealership and every 30 days thereafter until further notice. For expiring VWCMP vehicles, claims will be accepted 30-days after the VWCMP expiration date and every 30 days thereafter until further notice. Battery recharging is included in the 50TU and cannot be claimed separately or in addition to the Inventory Inspection labor operation.
