2014 Routan 3.6 Oil Pressure Light ON and P06DD is Stored
A change was made to the engine Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) for 2014 Model Year vehicles that resulted in a
change in the oil filter element. It is important to note that the two different designs are Not
interchangeable. Failure to install the correct oil filter WILL result in permanent engine damage.
•
When replacing the filter, use only the o-ring included in the filter package. Failure to do so WILL
result in leakage and possible Oil Filter Adapter damage.
•
Also DTC P06DD will result due to incorrect filter application.
Please remove and inspect the oil filter for correct filter installed.
1 - 2014 Model Year and Later (P/N 7B0115562A).
2 - 2013 Model Year and Prior (P/N 7B0115562B).
