Page 1 of 1 17-2215 TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 2.5L - Illuminated Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) - DTCs P0071 And/Or P068A - Built On Or Before 18-Aug-2017 24 October 2017 Model: Ford 2017-2018 Fusion Issue: Some 2017-2018 Fusion vehicles equipped with a 2.5L engine and built on or before 18-Aug-2017 may exhibit an illuminated MIL with Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P0071 and/or P068A. Action: Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) using Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) or Ford J2534 Diagnostic Software (FJDS) release 107.03 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com Warranty Status: Eligible Under Provisions Of New Vehicle Limited Warranty Coverage Warranty/ESP coverage limits/policies/prior approvals are not altered by a TSB.
