CONDITION SUMMARY:
SITUATION:
One or more of the following may be evident:
• The engine does not start;
• The engine lacks power; and/or
• The engine runs rough.
During diagnosis, the technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P008A-84 stored in
the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Additional DTCs P0230 and P2635 may also be stored
in the PCM.
CAUSE:
This may be caused an electrical contact malfunction internal to the low pressure fuel pump
assembly.
