CAUSE: This may be caused by poor fit of the corresponding parts. ACTION: Should a customer express this concern, follow the Workshop Procedure below. PARTS: NOTE: The adhesive kit is sufficient to complete 30 repairs. WARRANTY: NOTES: ◾ Repair procedures are under constant review, and therefore times are subject to change; those quoted here must be taken as guidance only. Always refer to TOPIx to obtain the latest repair time. ◾ The JLR Claims Submission System requires the use of causal part numbers. Labor only claims must show the causal part number with a quantity of zero DESCRIPTION Moulding - Roof - Both - Remove and install with adhesive SRO 76.43.68.01 TIME (HOURS) 0.5 CONDITION CODE 12 CAUSAL PART LR083015 NOTE: Normal Warranty procedures apply. WORKSHOP PROCEDURE: 1 Remove the loose roof panel moulding causing the customer concern (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 501-08: Exterior Trim and Ornamentation - Roof Moulding). 2 https://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/service/document/821074 10/4/2017 Page 4 of 7 Using a suitable tool, bend the tab to a 45º angle. 3 NOTE: This step will aid in the installation of the roof panel moulding. https://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/service/document/821074 10/4/2017 Page 5 of 7 Position a suitable trim tool between the roof panel and the windshield finisher seal. 4 NOTE: The area where the sealant is applied must be clean and dry. https://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/service/document/821074 10/4/2017 Page 6 of 7 Apply sealant from kit LR078295 to the roof panel moulding in the area shown. 5 NOTE: The roof panel moulding must be secured in position for a minium of 1 hour with suitable tape.
