Volkswagen Warranty Policies
and Procedures Manual.
As a courtesy, customer’s vehicles are to be returned to them with a full tank of fuel after Emissions Recall
23V6 (MY 13-14 Touareg 3.0L TDI Gen 2.1) or 23V7 (MY 15-16 Touareg 3.0L TDI Gen 2.2) is performed.
To claim reimbursement for this one-time only fuel fill, follow the instructions below:
