Creaking or rattling noises from the sliding door while driving, particularly in damp conditions.
Cause:
Contact between the inside of the seal (1) and the corresponding surface on the rear passenger compartment side
window pane (2) due to the relative motion of the sliding door (3).

Remedy:
1.
Open the affected sliding door (3) briefly.
2.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Preclean the inside of the seal (1) and the corresponding surface on the rear passenger compartment side window pane (2), finish with a suitable cleaning agent and a lint-free cloth.
Note: The inside of the seal (1) and the corresponding surface on the rear passenger compartment side window
pane (2) must be dry.
