Customer states:
 The subwoofer adjustment is missing in the MMI
for vehicles equipped with Bang & Olufsen (PR
Code 9VS) and the customer vehicle has MMI
Navigation (PR Code 7UG).

Technical Background
There is known MMI software concern which prevents the subwoofer setting from being present in the MMI sound
settings menu.
Production Solution
Software solution introduced into series production starting CW22/17.
Service
For cars with Navigation, currently there is no service solution available (a software update will be released to fix
this concern). Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in
AccessAudi (under App Links >> Service >> Pending Service Solutions (PSS)), or through the Technical
Assistance page in Elsa.
