CONDITION
Some vehicles may experience a condition in which the 2nd row seat, with center seat, exhibits a
chirp/squeak noise from the rear seat latches (floor area). This condition is present while driving over
rough or bumpy roads. Upon further inspection, after removal of the LH 2nd row seat, the rear inboard
and outboard strikers may show signs of the coating peeling off as shown in Fig.2 and Fig.3.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Please document the following:
a. Photograph the 2nd row, rear inboard and outboard strikers as shown in Fig.2 and Fig.3.
b. Inspect condition of cushion bumper attached to rear inboard and outboard seat latches
and photograph as shown in Fig.5 or Fig.6.
