A Customer may
report a noise or
low air flow from
the HVAC system
The pollen filter has been found to be prematurely restricted causing low air flow
or a noise from the HVAC system with the blower on. If a restriction is found with
the filter. Please submit an EPQR detailing if the filter was recently replaced and
if the filter is a pollen filter or a combi filter. Hold the part for a PRR.
