In this case, the connecting rod bearings in the engine can be damaged due to insufficient lubrication. V6 monoturbo (LK2) V6 biturbo (LK3) Information References: • To prevent engine damage as a result of a drop in oil pressure when driving on race tracks, the engine-oil level must always be topped up to the Maximum marking before race track use, see Workshop Manual '170101 Checking engine-oil level'. • A note about this can also be found in the Driver's Manual for the vehicle (under "Before driving on race tracks").
