model year Camry vehicles equipped with a 2GR-FKS engine may exhibit an engine oil leak from
the cam sensor bolt hole(s). Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

Repair Procedure
1. Confirm the condition exists.
Does the vehicle exhibit an oil leak from one or more cam sensor bolt holes?
(Refer to Figures 1 – 4.)
 YES — Continue to step 2.

NO — This bulletin does NOT apply. Continue diagnosis using the applicable
Repair Manual.

2. Remove the affected cam housing.
Refer to TIS, applicable model and model year Repair Manual:
 2016 – 2018 Tacoma:

2017 – 2018 Sienna:

3. Install the NEW cam housing.
NOTE
Replace ALL cam sensor bolts on the NEW cam housing with NEW bolts.
