DOES NOT LOWER SLIGHTLY WHEN DOOR IS OPENED
This bulletin has been amended. The APPLIED VEHICLES, PARTS INFORMATION, and CLAIMS
INFORMATION sections have changed. No other changes have been made. Please discard
previous versions of this bulletin.
APPLIED VEHICLES: 2009 – 2018 370Z Coupe (Z34)
NOTE: Does not apply to 370Z Roadster (Convertible)
IF YOU CONFIRM
The door window does not lower slightly when the door is opened, or the customer reports
this issue.
NOTE: Normal operation:

When the door is being opened, the window is automatically lowered slightly to avoid
contact between the window and the side roof panel.

When the door is closed, the window is automatically raised slightly.
ACTIONS
Replace the Body Control Module (BCM) with one listed in the PARTS INFORMATION
section.

Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for BCM replacement information.
