PSS 91 Radio does not start in "Presets" menu (MIB2 High) 91 18 98 2051389/1 May 29, 2018. Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment A3, A4, A5, Q5, and Q7 2018 All With MIB2 High Condition Customer states: The MMI starts in the wrong menu. The customer turns off vehicle in the radio “Presets” menu, after the car goes to sleep it will start in the radio channel list. Workshop findings: Condition can be reproduced. Technical Background Software error, incorrect CAN message sent at vehicle startup. Production Solution Software update in preparation, release expected for the third quarter of 2018. Service 1. Explain to the customer that a solution is forthcoming and that no repairs are necessary at this point. Do not replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern. 2. Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in AccessAudi (under Related Links >> Service), or through the Technical Assistance page in Elsa.
