This bulletin is being revised to update affected vehicles. Please discard previous bulletin IB17-X-003. INFORMATION AIPDN is pleased to announce the availability of instrument clusters programmed with the vehicle’s mileage for 2011MY to current Isuzu N-Series vehicles. In order to facilitate this, the applicable instrument clusters are MAC Coded “X” which requires dealers to complete the attached Isuzu Instrument Cluster Mileage Verification Form certifying the vehicle’s mileage, and to email the form to Isuzu Parts Technical Support. Parts Technical will review the form’s information to confirm that the instrument cluster part number ordered is correct for the truck/VIN. If correct, the verified mileage provided by the dealer will be used to program the cluster. If incorrect, the ordering dealer will be contacted by a Parts Technical Support representative. As these parts will be programmed for specific vehicles they are not eligible to be returned. IT IS THE DEALER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THE MILEAGE INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE VEHICLE IS CORRECT Begin the instrument cluster order in ICS and then email the completed Instrument Cluster Mileage Verification Form to the Parts Technical Support E-mail address provided below and on the form.
