Open the tailgate and check the location of the luggage covering shelf dampers (A). A 2. A Gently remove damper by hand and set aside. A TSB #: 18-01-029 SUBJECT: Page 2 of 3 SUBJECT: LUGGAGE SHELF DAMPER REPLACEMENT (SERVICE CAMPAIGN T3E) NOTICE Longer side of the damper (D) should face to the lower side of the covering shelf. Insert the damper firmly and check that there is no gap between the damper and covering shelf. 3. D Insert the new damper (C) to the covering shelf (B). Pull the damper to clip against the covering shelf using a plier or a similar hand tool. C B 4.
