Issue:
Customer has reported an 'Park Brake requires calibration' message
on the Instrument Cluster – message may not be visible when vehicle
is in workshop. Vehicle shows ALL of the following 4 DTC’s (the 5th
DTC is optional) within the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module:
C2005-71 - Right actuator – Actuator Stuck
C2006-71 - Left actuator – Actuator Stuck
C2007-72 – Right Motor – Actuator Stuck open
C2008-72 - Left Motor – Actuator Stuck open
U3001-77 – Control Module Improper Shutdown – Commanded

Cause:
Park Brake actuator status is unknown
Action:
Replace both rear calipers complete with Electronic Park Brake (EPB)
motor – do not separate them when removing - Retain parts for PRR
back to the UK
Raise an ePQR on the GCM system
If the vehicle logs one or more, but not all, of these DTC’s within the
ABS module, please continue with diagnosis using the DTC help text
as a guide
Technicians - Please rate this SSM and provide comments so that
future communications can be improved.
