Some 2016-2018 model year Tacoma vehicles may exhibit a squeak or rattle noise from the FR RH
(No.1) Body Mount Bushing when driving over uneven roads or bumps. Make sure to confirm that the
noise is coming from the FR RH (No.1) Body Mount Bushing before proceeding.
Location of FR RH (No.1) Body Mount
RECOMMENDATIONS
After confirming the noise from the FR RH (No.1) Body Mount, submit the following information in a
DPR:
1. BEFORE uninstalling the bolt from the FR RH (No.1) Body Mount, take a photo of the bushing
condition and position in relation to the frame.
