Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment A3, Q7 2018 - 2019 All MIB2 Condition The customer states that when the ignition is on the screen does not retract with the button "Screen On/Off” or with the MMI on/off button. Figure 1. Screen On/Off button. Technical Background Due to recent changes in regulation, the rear view camera has to be available within a certain timespan after the vehicle is put into reverse. In order to facilitate this regulation, the screen cannot be lowered any more by the customer while the ignition is turned on. Production Solution Not applicable.
