Warranty and Services Guide Update
Specific information for Area support is provided below.
Condition
The state of New York adopted California Emission Warranty Provisions for the 2016 model year. Therefore, 2016 model year
vehicles originally sold in the state of New York are covered by the California Emissions Control Warranty. Due to a printing
inaccuracy, the original 2016 Warranty and Services Guide, included with the subject vehicles may not reflect this information.
Lexus will mail an updated Warranty and Services Guide to registered owners of certain 2016 model year vehicles originally sold in
the state of New York. There is no action required by dealers.
Dealer Notification
The attached dealer letter will be sent to all Lexus dealers on December 14, 2016.
Please reference the attached Dealer Letter for additional details.
Please review this notification with your staff to assure that all relevant personnel have been briefed regarding this subject.
