CONDITION
Some 2016-2020 model year Mirai vehicles might encounter fueling issues which may result in the
loss of the 35 MPa O-ring.
RECOMMENDATIONS
During any service of the Mirai, please inspect the fueling receptacle for the presence of the 35 MPa
O-ring. The following photos have been provided to assist in identification.

If the vehicle matches the condition, create a TAS case and contact TAS and provide details prior to
the repair. If it’s a Sunday or holiday, continue with diagnosis and repair, save all parts and details,
contact TAS on the next available work day and review details with TAS engineer.
