Bendix Blink Code 20-12 will accompany this fault. It has been found that this condition can be caused by two reversed air lines at the trailer ABS module. Solution Diagnosis With a gauge connected inline at port FT1 of the TPV, full air pressure and a flutter between the TPV deactivation and Trailer PMV activation will be observed. On a proper functioning unit, about 35psi of steady air pressure was recorded (no flutter). The TPV air line should be coming from port 22 of the ABS trailer module as shown in the diagram below. It was found to be routed to port 21 on units with this symptom. The blue arrows show the two ports that may be reversed. In the cases described above, the TPV air line was found to be connected to port 21. Repair Swap the air lines between ports 21 and 22. Recheck the function.
