It has come to our attention that the front intake Storz Adapter (E-ONE Part Number: 572138)
does not include an intake strainer compliant with NFPA 1901.
Please contact E-ONE Customer Service at (352) 237-1122 to receive a new 5"x5" Storz adapter
with strainer at no additional cost to you.
E-ONE will reimburse up to 1 hour labor. Travel time and/or expense will not be reimbursed.
