Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment A3, A4, 2017 - 2018 All MIB2 High Scale A5, Q5 2018 All MIB2 High Scale Condition Customer states: The rearview/overhead view camera and the optical parking aid are sporadically not switched on when moving into reverse. The previously adjusted menu (radio, navigation etc.) stays the same (Figure 1). The parking aid button in the center console lights up and an acoustic obstacle warning is given. Figure 1. Technical Service Bulletin Technical Background The MIB2 High Scale software needs to be updated. Production Solution New infotainment software introduced into MY19.
