Rear PARKTRONIC warning element (A44/3)
Cause:
- Volume of Parktronic system (PTS) is not set to 100%.
- Rear PARKTRONIC warning element (A44/3) is not set to 100%.
Remedy:
Set volume of Parktronic system (PTS) to maximum via Xentry Diagnostics.
1. Connect Xentry Diagnostics

₋ PTS ‑ PARKTRONIC (N62)
₋ Adaptations
₋ Configuration
₋ Manual settings
₋ Volume and frequency
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3. Set the value at no. 003 "Volume of rear parking system warning tone" to 100%.
Note: The default value is 80%. The following settings are available: 50%, 65%, 80%, 100%

Replace rear PARKTRONIC warning element (A44/3) (see AR54.65-S-0007E).

Disconnect Xentry Diagnostics and hand the vehicle back to the customer.
