Complaint:
Noises can occur when opening and closing the front doors.
Cause:
The threaded connection of the door holder undergoes a settling effect and can work loose under certain operating
conditions.
Remedy:
The threaded connection of the door holder must be replaced by new microencapsulated bolts on the door and frame
sides.
The bolt (M8), door holder to A-pillar, is to be tightened to a torque of 30 Nm.
The bolts (M6), door holder to hinged door, are to be tightened to a torque of 16 Nm.
If the door holder is malfunctioning, it must be replaced as described in WIS document: AR 72.10-D-2100D.
