Remedy: Determine root cause, if the root cause is found to be damaged wiring, repair wiring as per applicalbe WIS repair instruction. In the event that the root cause of the stored DTC's related to the front passenger seat belt tensioner is determined to be damaged wiring, please create an information only PTSS case and include the follwing. • • • • • • • • • Detailed customer complaint before repair work. Printout of XENTRY diagnostic quick test Inspection findings Printout of WIS circuit diagram with precise marking of damaged line or damaged wiring harness Exact spot of electrical line or electrical wiring harness Type of damage (scuffed, sheared off, poor contact, etc) Cause of damaged electrical line or damaged electrical wiring harness Pictures of damaged electrical line or damaged electrical wiring harness at the damage location with clear labels.
