Operational complaints of ambient lighting

Situationally dependant on the symptoms
IMPORTANT: The ambient lighting is operated over the LIN bus and are controlled via the ambient lighting control
unit. The head unit is only for making settings. Therefore replacing the head unit and wiring harnesses may not remedy the complaint.
The repair must be established in individual situations. Please create a PTSS case with the following information:
- Quick test
- Ambient lighting control unit log
- Video showing the operating steps and settings in the head unit with a few words of explanation.
- Since when does the fault occur, under what specific conditions and with which head unit settings?
- Are there certain conditions under which the fault does not occur?
- Can the fault be temporarily rectified, and if so, how?
- Please record and attach a body CAN trace with XENTRY SDscan.
Guidance will be provided in the PTSS case response
