Complaint:
1. Fault code P1C9B00 (The control unit 'Roll control' has a malfunction). Vehicles up to VIN 166 ### #A 097760 without code 803.
2. Fault code P1C9564 (The rotation direction valve of the torsion bar ''Front axle'' has a malfunction)
3. Fault code P1C9C00 (The oil pressure at the front axle is too low)
Fault code P1C9E00 (The oil pressure at the rear axle is too low)
Cause:
Re. 1. Monitoring of pressures in ACS is too sensitive.
Re. 2. Mechanical fault of rotation direction valve in valve block at front axle.
Re. 3. Oil level too low, air in system.
Remedy:
Re. 1. Perform XENTRY update: Flash software A166 902 5904 in ACS control unit.
Re. 2. Check production date of valve block at front axle.
Production date prior to 24.06.2017 - Replace valve block, see picture 1.
Production date as of 24.06.2017 - Please create a PTSS case.
Re. 3. Bleed hydraulic system with XENTRY (to be found in the roll control unit under the heading "Actuations").
These instructions must be strictly observed:
- Check hydraulic fluid fill level and correct if necessary
- If foam forms in the reservoir during the bleeding process (picture 2), the bleeding routine must be interrupted
until the foam has dissipated.
When only air bubbles can be seen in the oil (picture 3), the bleeding routine can be continued.

Note: Excessive foaming can cause the system to draw in air bubbles.
