Warranty Policies and Procedures Bulletin Audi Warranty Number: AWA-19-02 Subject: AdBlue SAGA Coding Date: Apr 25, 2019 Dealers: U.S., Puerto Rico This document modifies the Audi Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual. Effective: April 25, 2019 We would like to provide clarity on claim coding for AdBlue. Please utilize AdBlue bulk where possible, rather than the smaller containers of AdBlue. The smaller containers of AdBlue should only be used when bulk containers are not available. Dealers should use part number DEFDRUM (4.28 per gallon in outside material) or GUS-052-910-A3. These coding instructions apply for all claim types, including those on Campaign Circulars and Warranty Bulletins for the Approved TDI Emissions Modification.
