Cause: Lower level repair not released across all models. Action: Please note that when there is a failure of the E Chamber unit, a lower level repair process is available in Topix. The relevant RTS code in Topix is 60.50.49 In the event of suspected compressor failure, please check the E Chamber is not the root cause. If it is determined that it is, follow the lower level process as mentioned above.
