Workshop findings: One of the following DTCs is logged in the rearview camera system control module, J772 (address word 006C): DTC B127D04 (Rear peripheral camera faulty). DTC B127C04 (Front peripheral camera faulty). DTC B127E04 (Left peripheral camera faulty). DTC B127F04 (Right peripheral camera faulty). One of the following DTCs for the affected camera may also be logged, in addition to the DTC(s) above: DTC B127801 (Wire for the video signal from front camera Electrical error). Production Solution Improved parts from the supplier. Service 1. Replace the camera that was specified as faulty in the DTC memory. 2. Clear the DTCs of the rearview camera system control module, then check it again. If one of the following faults returns, perform diagnosis according to GFF (note that this TSB does not apply to the following DTCs without a “camera faulty” DTC): DTC B127801 (Wire for the video signal from front camera Electrical error). DTC B127901 (Wire for the video signal from rear camera Electrical error). DTC B127A01 (Wire for the video signal from left camera Electrical error). DTC B127B01 (Wire for the video signal from right camera Electrical error). Warranty Claim Type: 110 up to 48 Months/50,000 Miles. G10 for CPO Covered Vehicles – Verify Owner.
