Customer states: For vehicles with < 0318 camera software (address word 006C): The rearview/overhead view camera and the optical parking aid are sporadically not switched on when moving into reverse. The previously adjusted menu (radio, navigation, etc.) stays the same (Figure 1). The parking aid button in the center console lights up and an acoustic obstacle warning is given. For vehicles with camera software (address word 006C): The picture of the top view camera is black and no guide lines are shown (Figure 2). Figure 1. Technical Background The MIB2 High software needs to be updated. Production Solution New infotainment software introduced into MY19.
