AU - Golf 2013 – 2019
P00FE00: EVAP System Purge Vapor Line Restricted/Blocked test plan is testing for a tank leak but the fault
code is set for the blockage of the EVAP system.

The test for DTC P00FE00: EVAP System Purge Vapor Line Restricted/Blocked should check component
and wiring to the EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 - N80- and Fuel Tank Leak Detection Control
Module –J909-

5C - Beetle 2012 – 2018, CPRA 1.8l Simos / 125 kW
ECM fault P044200: EVAP Emission Control System (Small Leak) Leak Detected test
SYS_X_1_0816_11_X_X_TDK_FSB_00000 needs a smoke test before asking to replace the tank ventilation
valve N80.

Cracks and bad EVAP line connections can be detected with a smoke test before asking to replace the
N80.

5C - Beetle 2012 – 2018, CPRA 1.8l Simos / 125 kW
DTCs B101E11: Seat position sensor, driver side Short circuit to ground and B101E29: Seat position sensor,
driver side implausible signal is not linked to a GFF test.

5C - Beetle 2012 – 2018, DDSA 2.0l Simos/130 kW
-09- Vehicle electrical system control module (BCM) fault code VAG03022: Local data bus 4 Electrical error
in circuit static is not linked to a GFF test.

AU - Golf 2013 – 2019
U112300: Databus error value received test CAN_JX_J104_1_0312_11_DB_B_FW_00011 instructs to
"Process the corresponding event memory entries in the test plan of the diagnostic tester".
•
No corresponding event memory entries was added to the current test plan to complete the system
diagnosis.

7P - Touareg 2010 – 2017, CNRB 3.0 L TDI-CR / 176kW
P226D00: Particulate Filter Deteriorated/Missing
G784_X_1_0212_11_TDI01_X_Partikelsensor_pruefen_00011 after evaluating the event memory, states there
is no event memory entry and ends abruptly.


The test plan should at the least, advice to check the particulate filter for physical damage at the substrate.
A3 - Passat/New Midsize Sedan 2011 – 2015, CKRA 2.0 L TDI-CR / 103 kW
DTC P047F00: Exhaust Pressure Control Valve "A" Stuck Open and P048A00: Exhaust Pressure Control
Valve "A" Stuck Closed test plan J883_X_1_0212_11_TDI01_X_Abgasklappe_00011 should first check if the
exhaust flap is mechanically seized before checking wiring.

7P - Touareg 2010 – 2017, CGRA 3.6 L FSI / 206kW
P229400: Fuel Pressure Regulator "B" Control Circuit/Open and P008700: Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too
Low test plan N276_7P_20CGRA_1_0710_11_00011 ends abruptly when "continue" is selected. Test does
not perform any system diagnosis before procedure is cancelled.

7P - Touareg 2010 – 2017, CNRB 3.0 L TDI-CR / 176kW
DTC P03A500: Cylinder 2 Pressure Too High active/static
GXXX_7P_23_CATA_1_0610_11_Brennraumdruckgeber_00011 test only reads values from cylinder 2
combustion chamber pressure sensor -G678 and ends.


After reading -G678- measured values, test does not state what further steps or diagnosis needed.

P244000: Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve Stuck Open Bank1 test plan
N112_X_1_0213_11_X_X_Mechanisch_00011 component location document and function description does
not correspond to vehicle engine.
