Issue:
The customer may experience creep mode switched off after ignition cycle.
Affected Vehicle Vin Range
SADHB2R14K1F60001 - onward
Cause:
After vehicles have been updated from NGI 18D to any version of 19A a software bug relation to creep
mode has been unfortunately introduced. This results in Creep mode switched off in the infotainment
system and having to be subsequently switch on at the start of each drive cycle.
Action:
Advise Customer that correction for this issue will be an update for the Infotainment Master Controller
(IMC) to 19B software level which is scheduled for release by end of July 2019
