• Provide a video or audio file of the noise.
• Isolate the noise using chassis ears. Start with the Front Drive Unit and
continue to diagnose other possible locations for the noise.
• If one is able to isolate the noise to either drive unit, please raise a TA and
guidance will be provided.
• Should a drive unit be replaced for this concern, please provide your parts
manager information as well as the drive unit serial number in an EPQR once
repairs are complete.
Status:
• Clunk noise & feeling is experienced with P304D-42 stored in the BECM for
Front Electric Motor Inverter – High Voltage Supply Circuit, Voltage Low
Technical Description:
• Customer may experience a “Clunk” whilst driving
