 All entries in the MMI Menu “Last Destinations”
show California (CA) as state (Figure 1).
 Selecting the destination routes to the expected
destination.

Technical Background
A software bug in the current MIB2+ causes the state to be displayed incorrectly.
Production Solution
Solution is expected towards the end of December 2019.
Service
1.
Explain to the customer that a solution is forthcoming and that no repairs are necessary at this point. Do not
replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern.

Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in
AccessAudi (under Related Links >> Service), or through the Technical Assistance page in Elsa.
